The Flint RiverQuarium is a 54,000 sq ft aquarium opened in 2004 and located on the banks of the Flint River in Albany, Georgia, United States. The aquarium follows the journey of the Flint River, and highlights the ecosystems of the Apalachicola, Chattahoochee and Flint River basins.

Just outside of Sasser, Georgia our famous roadside farm market is well known for the freshest produce around! For the past 30 years, families from across the state and country have visited the Highway 82 roadside market for our delicious fresh fruits, vegetables, and our family fun atmosphere.

Chehaw Park is a park and zoo located in Albany, Georgia. The park was originally opened as Chehaw State Park in 1937, and currently covers 800 acres. The Wild Animal Park was designed by naturalist Jim Fowler of television’s Wild Kingdom. Fowler is originally from Albany, Georgia.

Lake Blackshear is a man-made lake on the Flint River in Georgia created by a dam that was constructed from 1925 to 1930. The lake was named after General David Blackshear.
